Captain Johnny Mac is a USCG licensed boat captain that has been fishing the waters of the great lakes since 1982.

With well over 40 years of experience on inland waters of Lake of the Woods, Winni, Mille Lacs, Gulf of Mexico and more.  John has spent countless hours fishing the waters of both Lake Michigan, and Lake Superior along with guiding on the Gunflint Trail as a boy providing him a great deal of depth in his fishing with a deep passion for the water.

Whether a short Lake Superior boat cruise or a weekend fishing charter, your safety and enjoyment are our primary concerns. We are always eager to answer your questions about Lake Superior and can help you with fishing tips for lake trout and salmon fishing on the big lake.
